9th July
Went out again (this is a good run of weather!) and went straight to the airfield this time. This was going over, a nice base but didn't look too impressive. Nothing else really happening, so headed over to Fleet Pond as I know I have views from over there.
This was the leading edge coming over, doesn't look
anything special, in fact I don't even know what it's doing in here!
Heavy rain followed, as per below. Made quite a noise.
Not sure what this one is here for either, almost a
nice pic I guess.
The storm has gone over now and become really outflow
dominant. Looks like someone has pulled a plug in that cloud.
Used the trees to frame it, careful not to tread on
a mouse that didn't seem to be bothered by me.
Pano version, lightning on it now but didn't get any
lucky shots :)
And last one of the same. Getting too far away now,
but glad I went out in the end.
