Not a chase as such, more of a drive I was going on
anyway with some nice picturesque cold weather cells around. I watched
this one below grow from nothing, as it hit the roof and the cloud spread
outwards to form a nice anvil, I managed to stop in a layby and get this!

After a while I drove right past the leading edge, and this is looking back towards the anvil. As far as my meteorological knowledge goes, I believe it's so crisp as it's cold air, meaning little visible moisture about. I think... |

Looking straight into the following line - I would call it a flanking line, but not sure if they can only be called that with much larger storms or whether these count. You can see the precip area here, I know hail was falling to my west, so chances are this could be too! |

I drove for ages trying to get a shot of this distant anvil, in the end I got this from the end of my grandparents garden! |

And lastly, this one. I liked the way the sun shone
on the house, it kinda makes more of an impact when you look at the huge
cell behind it. In my opinion.....
