C O R N W A L L

I have been lucky enough to spend 10 days travelling round Cornwall with no real itinerary, but just a vague idea of where we wanted to go and what we wanted to see.

First stop, Tintagel! Had to stop off at one of the best pastie shops in Cornwall. I also got up early on the first morning as I wanted to try and spot a seal, after an hour my patience was rewarded with a fleeting glimpse off these rocks.

Had to visit King Arthur's castle as we were here, we climbed those steps, wasn't easy!
Bit overexposed!

Again overexposed, but couldn't do a lot about the weather!

Took a boat trip from Falmouth to go dolphin spotting, no dolphins but got to see a few seals and a falcon too.
An old lifeboat launch, the colours were very dramatic.
Wished for a more dramatic sky, but settled for a yacht.
This was around Lizard Point, one hundred times better than Lands End, which was really tacky.
Got a nice sunset by the tin mines in deepest Cornwall.
Same mine, different direction...
And from inside looking out :)
One last one, couldn't resist.
This is Sennan Cove, and that's me, the water was freezing.
Lands End, didn't like the place at all!
This was the view from the Minack Theatre looking down on Porthcurno, doesn't look like we are in Cornwall! We also got to see a play at the Theatre, which was most enjoyable.
Can't recall the name of this place, sorry, but it was out in the sea which was cool!
Popped into the Eden Project on the way home..
